Acceptance
By accessing or using preset AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. preset AI is operated by fndd, LLC. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.
The service
preset AI is the governance layer between your design system and the AI tools generating UI from it. We expose your design system to AI agents in a form they can read, defer to, and be validated against, and we provide the dashboards, presets, and enforcement that keep generated UI consistent with your system.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for the accounts and credentials under your organization and for activity that happens under them. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service, and you agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current.
Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of your design systems, components, tokens, files, and everything generated from them. We claim no ownership over your content or its output, and we never use it to train AI models.
You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service for you: to store, process, and display your content so the product can do its job.
Using AI output well
AI output is a starting point, not a finished answer. Generated code and suggestions may need review, are not guaranteed correct, and should be checked before they ship.
You remain responsible for what you deploy to production. Keeping a person in the loop on generated output is part of using the service well, and we state this clearly in-product so the workflow stays in your hands.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other organizations' data, no reverse engineering of the platform, and no use that interferes with the service for others.
Our intellectual property
The preset AI platform, including its software, models, presets, and brand, is owned by fndd, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a right to use the service, not ownership of it.
Beta features
preset AI is in early access. Some features are provided as beta or preview, may change or be withdrawn, and are offered without warranty so we can iterate quickly with you.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe per the pricing you select. Cancellation and refund terms are described on the pricing page.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service and its users. On termination you can export your data, and we delete or anonymize personal data per our retention policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
